My yoga journey started when I decided to take time off to travel and connect with people. Taking time to be myself and meditate while travelling made me want to feel this way everyday and I decided to study yoga philosophy and practice it. While travelling I practiced different styles of yoga. Each style helped me to feel part of a community. I felt the profound spiritual love from people around me. Yoga became an alignment guide for my life. I encourage you all to travel, explore and connect with your inner self through practicing yoga and meditation.
