I teach the The Universal Principal of Anusara Yoga. In my class you get a combination of a physical session with the support of meditation. I make sure you are safe by giving alignment advice to suit your body. I also teach you how to manage stress. This will not just shape your practice but your emotional life.
In addition to public and private classes, I also offer corporate classes. This can be held in your place of work in the morning or evening. Yoga helps employees to increase mental focus, productivity, decrease levels of stress and improve well-being. Classes can be tailored to fit around you and your business.
