ABOUT ME
My name is Ana and I have been busy studying and working in the financial industry for more than 15 years.

Five years ago I started to travel around South East Asia and connected with the practice and depths of yoga. Since then I decided to slow down and look after my mental wellbeing through the practice of yoga.

When I am not in my office at Canary Wharf I am a yoga teacher, public speaker, personal and career coach.

Yoga has helped me grow stronger and confident, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

I completed 200 hours of Anusara yoga training with Bridget Woods-Kramer in London. I will always be grateful for the loving wisdom she shared with me.

What I love the most when I am teaching Yoga is to see the light blooming in people as they move and connect within themselves.

My passion is to help people to be the best of themselves by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga and through coaching. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed and balanced.

I am grateful to have had the time in my life to connect with nature and this has been a big influence in the way I teach yoga. I use the five elements of Yoga; Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. These elements form the theme of my classes.

My teaching style is gentle, nurturing, friendly and fun and I focus on safe alignment in every pose. My greatest wish is that students who attend my class are able to shape not only their body, but also their emotional and spiritual life.
